These couplings are LinkTech’s smallest connectors yet. The new Twist Lock Couplings come equipped with a new and improved “Easy Grip Barrel” that provides an ergonomic handle with a non-slip, more secure grip and reliable connection every time.
The LinkTech interchangeable quick couplings are particularly well suited for use on medical applications such as blood pressure cuffs. LinkTech’s expanded product range offers blood pressure cuff manufacturers with better, more reliable, high quality, and cost effective quick coupling solutions. This standard product range offers 50+ new styles, which includes in-line and panel mount hose barb configurations in both white and black color Acetal (POM) as well as almond colored Medical Grade Polypropylene. With 1/16”–1/8” tubing sizes, these connectors allow easy tubing rotation, prevent kinking and minimize the risk of unintentional disconnection.
These 1/16” flow couplings are intuitive to use and make an audible click when coupled with their new and improved “Easy Grip Barrel.” This new feature gives customers the guaranteed satisfaction that their coupling set is securely connected. The improved barrel also brings a unique 8-point barrel design that prevents any unintentional pain that patients may endure and providing optimal patient comfort. Often times patients have to lay in bed all day causing them to stay in a position that requires putting weight and pressure on the connectors; LinkTech designed the new 10 series to have no sharp edges to help prevent from leaving a mark or bruise on the patient.
The 10AC couplings are resistant to most mild chemicals and are manufactured to be trouble free for many years of service while the 10PP couplings offer greater chemical resistance. Both 10AC and 10PP couplings interconnect with each other as well as other similar industry twist lock type couplings. With their intuitive design, these couplings provide a leak-free O-ring seal and are also available with internal shut-off valves. Shut-off valves automatically stop flow when couplings disengage. These LinkTech couplings are available with or without shut-off valves on the socket coupling half only, if needed.
